Northern Lights Regular Super EZ Curling Bar

This regular Super EZ Curl Bar is designed to help build upper arm and forearm muscles with its special angled design. The deep bends in the bar allow the user to perform curl exercises while reducing stress on the wrists. The EZ Curl Bar achieves this by placing your wrists and elbows in a more natural position compared to standard regular bars.

The bar measures 47.5" and is constructed of solid steel and features a hardened chrome finish. It also features knurled grips and a 7.4" chrome sleeve, making loading plates onto the bar easy for all users.
