Basic exercises on this model include: cable fly, standing lat pushdown, lat pulldown, Olympic bar rotations and push-ups, horizontal bar and parallel bars, low bar pull-up, deadlift, squat, boxing, push-up, pull-up and butterfly exercise. Paired with a workout bench, they offer more training options, including:  seated leg extension, lying leg extension, upper body stretches as well as incline, decline and flat bench press. This model can be used to train the muscles of every part of the users body.

Features

The dumbbell bar is upgraded with aluminum alloy bar, which is more beautiful and durable than ordinary galvanized dumbbell bar.
