Exercise Overview:

Choose the right weight. Adjust the seat so that the handle is slightly higher than your shoulder. Hold the handle with both hands. Slowly stretch your arms upwards while keeping your back tight. Slowly return to the starting position to avoid collision between repetitions. Always keep your wrist in a neutral position during the exercise. Avoid limiting the elbow to the limit of the range of activity.
