The Addict Fitness™ Back Press Trainer replicates the versatile, historic barbell or dumbbell exercise with a full range of motion, synergistically activating the pectoral and back muscles.
- Hanging bar: 50mm wide hanging bar, can be used with multiple brands of barbell plates. 50mm large hanging bar, using multiple brands of barbell plates. You can place the number of barbell plates according to your own needs, making training more flexible.
