Northern Lights Olympic Safety Squat Bar with Handles

The Safety Olympic Squat Bar has been designed to help prevent knee stress during squatting movements. Additionally, it provides users with a comfortable alternative to regular back squats. The handles on the front of the bar reduce strain on the shoulders. The design allows you to completely let go of the bar and use the handles, distributing the weight load more evenly across your shoulders.

The bar features a polished chrome finish and measures 86.5" in length. The handles measure 15.75" and feature a vinyl wrap for added grip. The bar is designed with 9.25" chrome sleeves, making it easy for all users to load plates onto the bar.
