Northern Lights Triangle Cable Handle with Foam Grips

The Triangle Cable Handle maximizes upper arm mass, strength, and definition. It is constructed from durable 3/4" steel tubing and features foam grips on the handles. The foam grips and triangle design provide a comfortable and secure grip. The Triangle Cable Handle can be used as a standard cable handle and a triceps pulldown handle using different sides of the triangle. It easily attaches to any cable machine system with the quick-connect carabiner to perform upper body exercises.
