Plyometric boxes are a great way for athletes to increase and develop their jumping, sprinting, and explosive power. These adjustable plyometric boxes are versatile and can meet the needs of every athlete, regardless of their level of competition. They should be used in conjunction with the Northern Lights Wooden Plyo Box Adjusters.
Solid interlocking corner brackets
Take a close look at the durable corner support of the Norther Lights Wooden Plyo Box. The box is reinforced with interlocking steel corner supports to withstand almost any punishment it receives during your workouts. The unique corner supports are also what holds the adjusters and tops together. They fit together like puzzle pieces for a safe and secure workout experience. One of the biggest issues with getting new users to perform box jumps is the risk of injury from a failed jump or any related workout on the box. Even advanced athletes are hesitant to push their limits on higher boxes for the same reason. To reduce the risk of injury, we added a rubber top to our wooden plyo boxes. The wood provides a sturdy and durable structure while the rubber rim and top will significantly reduce injuries.
