From horizontal placement to handle direction to grip type, this pull-up bar is perfect for anyone looking to strengthen and tone biceps and forearms, burn calories, and train their back/lats.

The grips can be fitted directly to the bar by adjusting the bolts and moving them to the desired position. This gives you almost unlimited ways to position your grips, allowing you to switch between a regular grip, a wide grip or whatever feels best to you.

The 99-Way Pull-Up Bar combines 4 different grip styles and thickness sizes on an easy-to-use 360° rotating mechanism. Spin to find your grip and get working out, it's that simple. Unit includes 1 knurled handle (1.25") and 3 painted handles (1", 1.5", 2").

The unique mounting system allows you to use the bar of any desired diameter. The included bolts are long enough to allow you to mount the grips on thicker bars, allowing for a truly versatile system. Since the grips are not fixed, you can configure them in any grip width you desire.

You can also completely change the angle of your grip. From a standard grip to an angled grip, the grip is controlled with a simple-to-use pin that locks into place once you find your position, allowing you to change your workout on the fly without the need for additional accessories or separate chin-up bars.
