TIPS for wrapping your hands :-

• Your hands should feel comfortable when wearing bandages. If they don't feel good, start over.
  
• Bandages should be tight enough to stay firmly in place, but not so tight that they cut off circulation.
  
• The bandages can be machine washed and hung to dry.
  
• Depending on how much you sweat, it is suggested that you roll up the hand wraps after you finish your workout.
  
• If you train several times a week, buy a few pairs and alternate between uses.
  
• For small hands, avoid wrapping them around the palm too often, as the bands will bunch up.
  
• For smaller hands you may need to include a few figure 8s and an extra wrap around the wrist.
