Element Cable Cross Resistance Tubes are designed to get you the results you demand. Each resistance tube is built to withstand the most intense workouts. Its rugged design features a premium rubber core and protective sheath.

Element Cable Cross Resistance Tubes are strong, durable tubes, sold in pairs and available in five color-coded resistance levels.

Protective sheath coating

The protective sleeve serves to extend the life of your exercise equipment. The sleeve covers the premium rubber core and prevents you from stretching the tube to dangerous extremes, enforcing its fixed length as an extension limit. The sleeve also features color-coded resistance markers to make it more easily identifiable for a smoother transition from one resistance level to another.

Ergo Grip Handle

The Ergo-Grip handle makes working with these resistance tubes much more comfortable and also helps reduce grip fatigue. They are also labeled and color-coded for quick identification of resistance level. The rounded edges of the handle are non-abrasive on the handle strap, preventing fraying and further extending the life of your equipment.

The other end of the CABLE CROSS resistance tube is a carabiner that can be attached to a variety of anchors. Cable Cross anchor available separately.
