Chest/Shoulder Press Selectorized Machine

The Addict fitness™ & Chest/Shoulder Press Selective Machine is a dual-function exercise performed by means of seat adjustment. Exercise Overview

First choose a suitable weight. Chest press  : Adjust the back pad to a flat position with the handles at chest level, press the handles straight up. Shoulder Press  :  Adjust the backrest to an inclined position with the handles at chest level, press the handles straight up. Shoulder press  : Adjust the backrest to an upright position with the handles at shoulder level, press the handles straight out. Pause slightly and then slowly return to the starting position.
