You've seen it on TV shows, in your favorite movies, in news clips, and in the windows of your local dojo. That's right, it's BOB, the Body Opponent Bag. !
BOB was the very first dummy training bag for martial arts. So what makes a Body Opponent bag so special? BOB gives you a realistic human torso shape for a striking surface. Since you are training to fight a human (presumably), this shape allows you to train with a higher level of precision than a heavy bag or regular punching bag.

Space is also not an issue with BOB ! The Body Opponent Bag is a freestanding bag, with a rounded base. To move BOB, you can easily flip the base on its side and roll it into storage. Keep it in a corner, closet, or other out-of-the-way spot until it's time to work out. Then take it out and get to work !
BOB is great for training almost any stand-up martial art! Any martial art that would use a regular punching bag, heavy bag, or heavy hanging bag will also work with BOB. Karate? Sure! Taekwondo? Sure! Tang soo do, muay thai, kung fu? You bet! And if you train a martial art with tactical applications, like Krav Maga or Jeet Kune Do, then you'll really notice the value of BOB. You can practice strikes that aren't legal in competition, like slaps, palm hooks, eye pokes, etc.
