This Evasion Belt from 360 Athletics is the ideal fitness equipment to improve reaction speed and agility.

The Evasion Belt consists of two nylon belts connected together by a Velcro strap. Once the belts are attached, the "Evasioner" must attempt to outwit the "Shadower". The observer's objective is to try to reach one or both of the two detachable Velcro flags positioned on the escapee's escape belt.

Ideal for sports conditioning, personal training and boot camp workouts where one athlete tries to outwit another.
