Inspire Fitness FT1 FID Bench

Made from 11-gauge commercial grade steel and finished with an electrostatic powder coat finish, the Inspire Fitness FID Bench gives you a total of 5 adjustment positions ranging from a decline position all the way up to a full 90 degrees, allowing you to perform a variety of declines, incline and flat presses as well as flyes and shoulder presses.

The bench also features oversized pads that provide stability and support with every movement you make during your workouts.

Finally, the bench includes an attachment sleeve that allows you to connect leg extension and preacher curl accessories (*accessories not included). Also equipped with base-mounted wheels for easy transport, the bench is designed to work as a standalone bench or with the Inspire FT1 functional trainer.
