BOSU Ball 65 cm

The BOSU® Ballast® stays in place, so your ball won't move during your workout.

Constructed of high-quality, shatter-resistant material, it features a six-sided surface for proper alignment and positioning and weighs 2.5 lbs. of multi-dimensional load, which provides fun visual effect and audible feedback during lifting, moving and shaking exercises.

With the BOSU® Ballast®, individuals can perform exercise progressions and dynamic exercises that are not possible with a regular stability ball.

Available in translucent light blue with 2.5 lb. white multi-dimensional filler, and inflates between 22" and 25".
