Perform explosive arm movements and other rotational exercises simply by inserting any Olympic-sized bar into the 10" swivel sleeve. The primary function is to develop rotational power for better core stabilization and activation while exercising.

Constructed from solid steel, this small but durable multi-functional station provides a full-body workout. It features a bearing joint that ensures smooth movements. Difficulty levels can be varied by using a different length bar and/or adding weights. The Landmine attachment is quick and easy to install on any Cossbox rack or stand and will add an explosive full-body strength workout and powerful core workout.
