The adductor machine trains the muscles on the inside of the thighs, known as the adductor muscles, including the longus magnus and brevis. The abductor trains the muscles to externally rotate the thigh, including the Sartorius, gluteus medius and tensor fascia latae.

1) Counterweight housing: adopts large D-shaped steel tube as frame, size: 2*6*T0.10in
2) Movement parts: The frame is made of flat oval tube, size: 2*4*T0.10in.
3. The machine is equipped with 2 counterweight heights, ergonomic design
