The accessory is intended for use with almost any Olympic barbell and pairs with any Olympic Landmine Unit. The Landmine Ball End attachment allows for greater comfort and versatility during training routines. The ball end of the accessory has a diameter of 2.5 inches and the sleeve measures 9" over the bar and has a 4.5" grip. The ball handle allows for rotational movements, while the extended handle allows for dynamic and explosive functional training.
