PowerBlock Sport EXP Stage I Kit, 5-50 lb, PAIR

PowerBlock EXP are Level 1 dumbbells that can be increased in weight to suit the user’s current needs. These compact dumbbells are designed to be easier to control and balance and can weigh from 5 to 50 lbs, replacing the need for 16 pairs of standard fixed-weight dumbbells. They feature a patented selector pin system and are equipped with two 1 kg “extra weights” that insert inside the handle for micro-incremental training in 1 kg steps per hand. The new auto-lock feature automatically locks the extra weights into place when placed in the weight stack.

THE ALL NEW SPORT EXP

The EXP set features a more “open” handle design that is nearly 2” wider. This allows for easier use of the dumbbell set and added comfort when working out. The improved paint job lasts longer and features an anti-friction coating to make changing weights even easier. The entire weight stack has also been redesigned for a sleeker look, which also greatly improves the balance of the PowerBlock unit.

About Expansion Kits

The Spot EXP comes in 3 stages. Stage I is the base unit and can operate independently. Stage II units include the 50-70 lb kit and Stage III includes a 70-90 lb kit. Stages II and III require the base and pre-expansion kit to operate.
