Northern Lights Olympic Hex Bar, 60 in., Black, Painted

This sleek looking Olympic Hex Bar from Northern Lights is designed with a large center gap measuring 32" long by 27" wide, allowing for easy entry when getting in and out of the bar. Also known as a trap bar, deadlift bar, or shrug bar, the hex bar is perfect for performing deadlifts, shrugs, and farmers walks. By centering the body in the middle of the bar (as opposed to behind the bar for traditional deadlifts), stress on the lower back is reduced.

The bar features a black painted finish and measures 60" in length. The handles measure 11" in total, with 8" being actual grip space, and feature a knurled texture for added grip. The bar is designed with 12" sleeves, making it easy for all users to load plates onto the bar.
